A good trackball at a good price.

This trackball from Adesso is a great value. It is reliable, has great battery life and is far better that using a mouse for CAD and other cursor intensive applications. There is truth to online claims of the ball sticking from time to time, but it's easy to fix. Just lightly smooth out the edge near the top of the ball socket, where there usually is a small amount of what's called "molding flash", about 1/16" down from the top. Once that minor roughness is smoothed away, the ball should no longer stick. I have informed Adesso Corporate directly of the issue and they were receptive.
