Unfortunately bought it during Helene, and it didn't work. Attempted to call the seller, waited for 30 plus mins to get a recording. Emailed and still got nothing back. Spent good money and can't seem to return it. Or at least get someone from tech support to assist me. With 2nd hurricane otw, I'm out.
