I recently started putting hydrolyzed collagen in my coffee, lost 10 pounds, and added Provinal Omega 7. My last bloodwork came back better than it has in years. Not sure if it was the Omega 7, but it may have helped. Im definitely going to continue taking it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
