Ecosmart ECO POU 3.5 kw / 120 v Point-of-Use Tankless Electric Water Heater

Happy with the product(s). I have two of them.. One Eco 27 for my main home and one Eco11 for smaller unit or ADU.. The one used in my mail home has been working for 10-11 years without any problem mainly because I used water softener. For the one used in ADU, I had it for almost 7 years and had to replace the flow sensor twice every 2-3 years mainly because of the water hardness and not using water softener. The unit started to leak from it's pipes that I had to replace it yesterday.. I am hoping once I install water softener for the ADU, this problem will be solved.. But one thing people need to remember, never shut off the water before turning off the water heater.. You need to flip the breaker switch before shutting off the water from the main valve.. You will burn the water heater. I learned it the hard way..

I disagree with the description for a low flow faucet, nonsense. I run my kitchen sink off the Eco 11- I live in Eastern PA and no trouble running the sink on full blast. Granted I do have the temp set at 109 degrees so no one can get scalded. I'm considering this same unit for my shower but ill probably go one step higher.
