One Shell of a Raincoat!

This is the best raincoat out there for medium to heavy rain. We have one in red and one in yellow and they are our dog's favorite raincoats. It is not soft, it is a hard shell. No rain gets through this thing. The lining is great. I only have good things to say about it.
