Great phone bad battery

Phone is exactly like an iphone6. But the battery is bad and I will have to replace it. I thought by the “(refurbished)” tag it would have a better battery. Per the settings the maximum capacity is 86% and the phone was fully charged and in 7 hours of sitting not being touched once it's at 1% battery. But I guess that's what I paid for.
