Gaiam Restore Deep Tissue Foam Roller, Grey

I fly about 7000 miles per week, and my job requires much standing and lifting heavy equipment. I carry this Deep Tissue Roller in my baggage, and I roll out my achy muscles in the morning and at night. While it may be too hard for some people, I love how deeply the foam ridges dig into my muscles. The diameter of the roller provides the perfect floor clearance to roll my entire body. The hard plastic core allows me to roll my entire back, and my spine conforms to the roller, allowing it to achieve more mobility with a noticeable reduction in lower back pain. I bought several for home use. Can't live without it!

I suffer from extreme tight muscles, and knots in some places. Been to therapy, and what was most beneficial was the use of tennis balls.
