use the unit to set intervals of 30-seconds, 60-seconds or 90-seconds to measure your number of revolutions over a set period. the lcd display has two buttons to power the unit on, clear statistics and toggle through your statistics. batteries are rated to last up to two years of regular, daily sessions.
