Emerson 5-1-1- Day Programmable Heat and Cool

Definetely, a thermostat with a mind of its own. It has a "Hold", a Temporary Hold and a regular temp. They get all mixed up. It will be set at 72, it's 68. At 64, its 65 and using the temp hold and hold seems to get mixed up on their mission. In addition, my old one worked well. A "repairman" sold and installed this little trouble-maker and left no instructions. I am unhappy.
