I can't have grapefruit because of the medicine I take but I've been using it for years to clean my vegetables %26 fruit. I mix 2 C distilled water, 2 C white vinegar, 40 drops of grapefruit extract in a quart spray bottle. Spray, leave on for 5 min. %26 rinse with water.
