Good Price for a Alternator.

My 06 ford focus just stopped running. The dash went out and my radio went dead. I was hoping it was the battery but knew it was the alternator. I got the exact part number on line was surprised Walmart sold it new, not rebuilt. At about .40% savings from parts stores. Also got a new battery. It was difficult to install as it's location is buried on the lower backside of the engine, it took me 3 hours to install from underneath the car. A worn out battery will wear out a alternator. I do not know the longevity of this unit but the price was right A local shop wanted over 500 to do the job. I got a new alternator and battery for just 220 from Walmart. I am a happy camper.
