Quite effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a god-send. I have extreme aches in my back and hips. The heated element is soothing and comfortable. The massager is good and firm, and gets right into my sore muscles. I look forward to using it on my shoulders once I get back to carrying out my own groceries to the car again!

Great massager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this shiatsu massager a little while ago and it is awesome. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and get a lot of tension headaches because of it. (Not saying this will work for everyone.) But since I started to use this regularly I have gotten far less and my shoulders and lower neck don't hurt nearly as much. The heated aspect of it is nice but does not get warm enough, sometimes I don't even feel the warmth unless I focus on it. Maybe a level of heat would be nice like low medium or high. Other than that my shoulders and neck feel great!

Amazing!
