Cronus BTR Gen1 4.5-29x56 FFP IR MOA

Gave Athlon a shot after hearing some good things about them, and I was not disappointed. Put this on my Ruger Precision Rifle (.308). I had never shot anything further than 200 yards previously. So far, I've reached out to 600 yards. I am not very experienced in long range shooting, but this scope has definitely made it easier, in my opinion. I have since added a new Proof Research barrel and a suppressor (for fun). Good glass is worth the price and I believe this one was worth every penny.

No need to look any further, this is the one!

I have the Athlon Cronus Gen 2 mounted on my 6GT that I shoot out to 1000 yards and more. The glass quality has been perfect for my needs and the tactile turrets make feeling and hearing the clicks so much easier. The reticle has what I need and not a bunch of clutter. I don't know that I would be able to design a much better one myself.

Amazing Bang for the Buck

This scope is amazing bang for the buck. I mounted this on a 6.5CM and used it to hit targets out to 1 mile. The glass clarity is excellent, and I have no problem spotting impacts on steel out to 1200 yards and I had no problem seeing my misses at 1 mile. It feels very well built and I appreciate the fine parallax adjustments, the clicky, tactile feedback of the turrets and resetting the zero and setting the zero stop is straightforward. It tracks well. This scope punches way above it's price point. Buy with confidence.
