Men's Big & Tall Low Cut Socks 6-Pack

wow.....long mens socks ! My son asked me to buy him a pair of long socks and for him their hard to find because his feet are very long, so I was thrilled to find them online and the price was reasonable.

First let me say Fruit of The Loom makes quality products however the sizing on this label makes me believe someone made a mistake. The label states it fits shoe size 12 - 16, wow 16 now I'm happy since most only go up to size 13. I wear a size 14 shoe and was so happy to get these socks to try. Like all washable items I first wash them before using which I did according to the instructions, machine wash warm tumble dry medium. When I first put them on I was surprised how short the foot area was and how "tight" they felt but figured they would stretch out as I wore them for the day. After about 3 or 4 hours into wearing them the ends of my toes felt like something was crushing them, almost like the sock was shrinking is the only way I can describe it. I am hoping that with time they may "loosen" up but I'm not sure I will be able to wear them long enough for that to happen. When I lay one of these new Fruit of The Loom size 12 - 16 sock next to one of my older size 10 - 13 sock it is shorter than the older sock and to me that just doesn't seem right. They are soft and feel great but size wise its just a miss for me.
