This machine was so easy to put together and a snap to clean! I cannot have dairy and dairy free ice cream is loaded with sugar. My favorite way to have nicecream is with unsweetened cocoa powder or matcha powder with this yonanas. The texture is the best! Some internal mechanism in my first machine disintegrated after 2 months (nearly 300 bananas later!) and they kindly honored the warranty!
