At the chest and back. there' s also a handle on the back for more control. Customer service is amazing! (which is hard to come by these days.) This harness is the BEST! The issue I’ve had with other harnesses is that they’re either too bulky or super hard to adjust the sizing. This harness is lightweight, rests on the body nicely, has a convenient handle, 2 sturdy hooks for a leash, doesn’t have to go over my dog’s head, and it’s super easy to adjust because it has straps that hang down. It’s a reasonable price too! I highly recommend it!
