Pretty, but NOT blackout

These are beautiful curtains but they are definitely NOT 100% blackout. They are slightly room darkening at most, but light still shines through them. We bought them for our nursery because they were advertised as 100% blackout. Because they go with the decor, we kept them, but will now need to also purchase a blackout liner to hang up behind them. The photo attached was also taken on a day that was very overcast and the sun was not shining very brightly at all and the light coming through was still significant.
