Not that easy to use

Eh, just okay. The trim stuck well in some parts of the wall, but in other parts, we had to reinforce it with glue. It is also very hard to cut this. We eventually got trim clippers that worked, but I could never get it exact enough to have the trim meet at 45-degree angles in the corners. Just ended up cutting straight across, which doesn't look as clean.
