It keeps wind off. That's it.
Strictly for wind. Does the job for above 25 degrees F. Anything colder would require fleece or wool. Doesn't cover my nose as well as the Under Armor type. I deer hunt. I constantly figet with this. Not good for hunting if u need to stay still. It's a one piece, so it tries to slip off the nose alot. As far as warmth, it's good to keep wind off you.
