Runs quiet for single speed. Primes really fast. I replaced a 7 year old max-flo with this new max-flo so all I had to do was unscrew the unions on the old pump and screw the existing unions from the old pump into the new pump. The new pump matched up perfectly. No pipe cutting or retrofitting with new fittings.
