Poor warranty guidlines
I like how easy the salt cell is to replace what I don't like is they only last about 2 1/5 years before they go out. I also find your warranty requirements stupid. The cells are easy to replace but you only put a one year warranty on the cell if I have my pool guy install it. If I install it my self the warranty is 90 days. I mean how hard is it to unscrew two locking rings, slip in the new cell and plug it in to the box. You need to get real about the warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My last one lasted for 8 yrs after a rocky start where 2 were replaced within few months. I run on 25% 23.9hrs a day. I have to put acid in 2-3 times a week to keep PH down.
