Loved this chair but... there was an issue with the welding on the metal part of the legs. It caused it to tip on that wheel.AMAZING Customer Service Team!!!! After exchanging photos of the problem the team sent me new parts to fix the problem.Great Experience and the chair now works perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a really nice chair! Just keep in mind that it is not the highest quality but what you get for the price is a an awesome deal. Assembly was easy. I ended up going with another chair but the seller was so helpful with my return. Excellent customer service!
