Easy to ‘assemble' and operate (once you know where the buttons are- upside down when using). Comfortable to wear and stays in place, only moves around after you stand or sit, but it's easy to readjust. The battery life is a little shorter than I expected, runs maybe 1.5 - 2 cycles before needing to recharge; doesn't work when plugged in and recharging. I'm overall happy with the purchase.
