I do eat baby food at 34 years old when I am sick. This is tasty. Amdnyummy. If I have a very sore throat this is what I eat. It's not solid and it does not irritate my throat. So o If you get sick badly due to an extremely weekend immune system and get sick a lot then this can help you to get some type of nutrition in. Diet if you're sick. Babes love this. As well
