Original medium roast coffee welcomes you with a mellow aroma of sweet caramel, complemented by delicate flavor notes of roasted peanuts. Roasted using only 100% Arabica coffee beans, and sourced from the prime coffee growing regions of South America, Central America, and East Africa. Boyd's started out as a small coffee roaster, committed to making a coffee that everyone could enjoy as a reward for good work, done well; and a kick in the pants to get back out there and do some more. This desire to roast a great coffee that would hold true to its Portland, Oregon roots was a driving force behind many of the Boyd's coffee blends.

Instructions (as if you need them): You could probably make coffee with your eyes closed (not recommended). So, we thought we'd show you how to tie a necktie instead. Okay, now that we've got that out of the way, here are three things you might not already know about. Brewing the Best Cup of Coffee: 1. Freshness matters. Sounds obvious, but after you open the bag, the freshness clock is ticking, so brew Boyd's Coffee within one week of opening for best results (No freezing or refrigerating, or you'll compromise flavor). 2. Use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 fluid ounces of water. If you aren't fond of measuring, use two big spoonfuls for every large cup you want to brew. Or, just experiment until you love it. 3. Brew with cold water heated to precisely 200 degrees F.

I get this coffee every morning at the Valero in Canyon Lake, Texas. It has good flavor and is my favorite of Boyd's coffee. Hi Rev is pretty good too but strong. I would recommend this to all
