Excellent organic and healthful product.

As good as psyllium husks for the same use, when ground fine, and more health benefits than psyllium. Super value. Excellent flavor and freshness! We grind them and use them in our morning breakfast shake (and alternate days with sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, or chia seeds): In a quart mason jar, put 2 to 4 raw organic eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 can coconut milk, 1 tsp. psyllium husks, and 1 Tbsp. of the above seeds, then fill in with some water and use the hand blender. DELICIOUS and filling!

flax seeds

These were good. I usually purchase flax products at a local grocery store but they were out and the nearby health stores charge too much for many items. I tried these and liked them. I eat them as is in seed mixes, in breads, ground as an egg substitute, and more.
