The computer was fine but I was supposed to get a 3 in1 value pack according to the email that I ordered the computer from it was supposed to include a external DVD drive, MS office with a lifetime license and windows 11 operating system. All I got was the windows 11 pro already installed on the laptop. When I contacted them they told me that the MS office and external DVD drive was not included with the sale. Very dissatisfied with the false advertising in the add.
