its out of stock needs brought back! its amazing! love the flavor and texture and there are some small crystalized crunchy bites that are phenomenal. please bring it back. it could stand to be cheaper but id rather be able to get it occasionally then not at all if they dont want to lower prices. please just keep it stocked.

the gouda of cheeses!!

As someone who enjoys fine cheeses, this aged gouda (pronounced how-duh) was delicious. I would suggest a very small piece for those who are not accustomed to cheeses of this nature. any type of berry will compliment this cheese to take off the first impression/shock if you are not prepared for the strength of aged fine cheeses.
