great product

I have always used loreal paris hair color but i was relly excited to try this new product and when i did i loved it, it is very easy to use and you get 2 sets of gloves in each box and that is great for when you have to do a root touch up the color coverage is great, i had a red color before and i hadn't dyed my hair in a year and the brown color i got covered the red completely the only complaint i have is the smell, in all my years useing loreal i have never had a product smell so strong i couldn't even breath, if you're thinking of getting this i would recommend that you do it in a very well ventilated area but other then that i really recommend it.

Love how easy this is to use!

I agree with others this does not in any way cover up my gray hair but... I don't want my grays covered. I use this to lighten my natural darker blond color. Doing this lets my grays look more like highlights. It works for me. If you are looking for something to cover your grey hair then get something for that purpose only. This isn't it. If you are looking for something easy to use and are not worried about grey hair... this is for you!

Wonderful- IF it works. I've been using this product for ~4 months now. I need a box and a half per application (long, thick fine hair). If it works, it's great. IF. There is a 90s home perm scent (that will make your eyes water) about 1/2 the time that has no effect on whether or not it covers- but that's only half the time. The previous application was perfect. Today, I applied the remaining half of the old box and a new box with uneven results. The old box covered my gray center part and length, but not my natural temples. I worked center to temple (r) then center to temple (l), shaking as I went so it was not a time/application problem. The new box (which I shook BEFORE my roots and then again before the application) did not cover the underside of my hair at all. When this product works, its great... but for uneven results at this price, I can go to the salon school.
