Hubby loves it!

The lap dance is very physical and you do need the previous dvd's to help to get you prepared for this one. You really do need a strong core for this one! The hip hop is very up beat and energetic and keeps you moving while getting your heart rate up!

Dance Instruction

This video is mostly dance instruction and not much of a workout. If you want a workout check out videos 1 and 2. This video is more for people who have mastered the first two videos and want to learn more dance steps. This one is not really for folks who are trying to lose weight. I was hooked by the "Hip hop" title and I was disappointed. This was not what I expected. The hip hop routine was hard to follow and too short.

As previous reviews have said this DVD did not seem like a work out DVD. I purchased it for that reason to be used at a friends bachelorette party and we had a blast. The instructions were simple and she keeps you upbeat throughout the whole routine.
