Versitile for cold and warm conditions.

I like this tent and its blend into most environments color and flexibility on how you set up its air flow venting. However, first note its size. > The tent inside, measures, 83" long, 42" wide, and 40" height, and its very narrow in its tilt angle up the entry sides. Okay to fit one normal sized adult comfortable, sort of, but unlikely to try and fit two inside. I found the tent design works well in cold or warm conditions and the tent weight is just 5.7 lbs., and a good value tent for what you are paying for it. Just depends on your use application. ( By the way, it fits on a cot, also if you just need a bug tent to set on a sleeping cot. ) I would of liked this tent better if it wasn't so narrow tilting at the upper end, but more structure would ad more weight if your backpacking it. This SAME tent comes in two larger sizes, but at a much higher price jump and weight class for other camp out applications. The quality of the Shire 2 I received was good, and no regrets in the purchase.
