I have severe back pains during my cycle and I felt instant relief after taking these. Usually I have to excuse myself and go lay down for a while but these helped me push through. The effects lasted for about 10 hours before I needed more. They are very small pellets with a mint like flavor. The packaging is so easy to use. You simply twist until you have 5 pellets in the cap and put them under your tongue to dissolve. Most importantly no water or food is necessary to take the medication. I'd highly recommend these.
