Way too small and too short

This product is nothing as pictured besides being blue. Got an XL, a size larger than usual. Item is at least 3 sizes too small. Is nothing like a tunic, more like a short top...t-shirt length, very short. VERY disappointed. Am returning and will NOT try to purchase again. I also ordered the USA stripped one and have not received it. I will make sure not to purchase from this company again.
