Jane Fonda Collection: The Complete Workout & Stress Reduction Program DVD

I like the two workouts on this video. In fact, I already own both workouts separately on VHS tapes. I've been using them for a few years alternating with a few other workout videos, and I still like them, and wanted to have them on DVD. I think the music and routines are fun and not too hard to learn. The routines give you options for a more vigorous or less strenuous workout so you can make the workout fit your level or workout goal.

This copy of the "old" Jane Fonda exercise video is great. My kids think the hairstyles are a little crazy, but the routine is just like I used to do when I was young. Great way to tone and she makes you work!
