Jane Fonda Collection: Complete Personal Trainer Series [DVD] NEW

I really like this exercise and toning video. It has 6 separate 25 minute workouts and they all have options for low impact and for those who want a more vigorous workout. There's also a variety of toning exercises with and without hand weights and a good stretching routine. I've been using it for a couple weeks, and I haven't quite mastered all the movements, but I found most movements weren't too hard to pick up after a couple practices. Most are repeated quite a few times, so you keep practicing them. The instrumental music in the background is catchy and the routines fit the music well.
