It works with no harsh affects
My little girl is what you would call extra with everything she does, so bedtime is usually a hard task to tackle but not since I found these, they work like a charm plus my little girl absolutely loves them and loves the taste

These are the most effective and safest children's sleep aid I've found. We don't use them every night, but they are perfect for special occasions and vacations when normal bedtime routines are out of whack. The kids love eating them, noting they are deliciou.
