I've bought this same item before on amazon i LOVE this nasal aspirator for babies because.. trust me when i say it is the STRONGEST SUCTION you can ever find. Although i would say for some reason every few years it breaks and cannot get replacement parts for it. Thos will he my fourth time buying this for my kids. overall it is so effective!
