The Endorphin Shift 3 are better than the 2's

I ran in these shoes for the first time on 1 Feb. I could tell immediately they were much softer and giving than the previous version. I love this so much more for that same reason. These shoes are great for easy long runs and you should be able to get a lot of mileage out of them.

Great Daily Trainer “Maybe the Best”

Giant improvement over the Shift 2, softer foam and feel underfoot, speed roll makes this shoe seem faster than something with this much stack typically would. Works both for slow and fast days and the update on the upper is tremendously more comfortable as well. My favorite Saucony shoe yet.

Very comfy and dynamic

I was a Kinvara runner for many years but wanted a bit more cushion for my joints. The Endorphin Shift 3 has the comfort I had with my Kinvaras with more absorption and a dynamic power return. I am a 30 km a week runner with a strong built (220 pounds). I don't need the « higher » more technical Endorphins. This one is a perfect match for me.
