Dawn Modern Iron King Bed Frame

This is a great looking bed. Love the design and it has substantial thickness in design so does not look cheap at all. Just disappointed in the construction. The one frame, almost every seam in the square designs is gapped and is sharp so it is worriesome for someone using it all the time that they do not hit it and maybe get cut. It is in a guest room and will not be used much and it is too much trouble to take apart and ship back but they need to work on the quality. Some were seamed perfect but others are not and it being metal, is the problem

This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. The bed arrived with a faulty part - "Part A" of the headboard came with a dislodged screw slot, so bed was unstable, creaky and pretty much unsafe to use. I reached out to GDF and their customer service responded promptly saying they would send a replacement part as I was within the warranty period. A week or so passes and a large, heavy shipment is waiting for me - turns out the warehouse did not understand which part needed to be replaced and they sent a full footboard. GDF customer service asked me to dispose the footboard and they would send me the correct replacement. Another week passes and a SECOND full footboard is delivered to my apartment. I have no place to store this and customer service has not gotten back to me about what I can do with this massive, unwanted shipment or when the item would be picked up. This whole episode has been comical and painful as I am without a functional bed for almost two months now. This whole debacle aside, the quality of the bed itself is poor - the metal is rusted in parts and the welded joints look cheap. Avoid this item and GDF at all costs.
