Heavy-duty steel wire with zinc undercoat and durable green epoxy coating featuring SaniGard Anti-Microbial protect makes these shelves a great choice for any storage application. The Green epoxy coating is approved for use in freezers. Four sets of plastic sleeves are included with each shelf. Matching green epoxy shelf dividers and ledges are also available.

• The open wire design of these heavy gauge chrome or epoxy coated shelves minimizes dust accumulation and allows a free circulation of air, greater visibility of stored items and greater light penetration.

• FOCUS SHELVING can change as quickly as your needs change. By using various sizes, hundreds of shelving configurations become possible.

• Posts with the double groove visual guide feature, have circular grooves at 1 in. (25 mm.) intervals and are numbered at 2 in. (50 mm.) intervals. A tapered split sleeve (plastic) snaps together around each post. Tapered openings in the shelf corners slide over the tapered split sleeves to lock on the shelf. Shelf is assembled in minutes without the use of any special tools

• Run front to back, allowing you to slide items on and off shelves smoothly.

• Shelves can be adjusted at 1 in.(25 mm.) intervals along the entire length of the post.

• FOCUS wire shelving is available in two finishes chromate &epoxy coated.

• Bolt levelers compensate for uneven surfaces.

• Each shelf up to 48 in. in length is rated to supportup to 800 lbs. of uniformly distributed weight. Shelves longer than 48 in. support 600 lbs.

• When placing the plastic tapered sleeves onto the posts (Step 1), slide the plastic tapered sleeves up or down on the post until you feel it “snap” into the lines or grooves of the post. It is normal to have a slight gap in-between the two pieces of the plastic tapered sleeves when it is placed on the post.

• For mobile version, install casters into bottoms of posts

• Choose the desired height of the bottom shelf (for added stability, it is recommended that the bottom shelf is installed no more than 6 in.(2 , 3 lines) from the floor and the top shelf no more than 6 in.(2 , 3 lines) from the top.) Snap two (2) tapered sleeves, with the word UP on top, at the desired height on each post. Shelves can be adjusted every 1 in. (Note - Double grooves in the posts are placed every 8th groove for simple shelf height reference.)

• Place shelf on its side, making sure the wider portion of the four (4) round shelf collars are facing the bottom of the unit, slide the top of the posts through the round shelf collars on each corner of the shelves. Push the shelves firmly onto the tapered sleeves.

• After installing the bottom shelf, set the unit upright.

• Snap the tapered sleeves into place on posts at the next desired shelf height. Slide the shelf down from the top of the posts onto the tapered sleeves and repeat this step for the remaining shelves.
