Heavy duty fittings on a 3/4” hose.

The photo is not correct. This is a 3/4” lead-in water hose. It has heavy duty fittings, which should be durable, but not what I wanted for this application. I wanted a short 3/4” hose for low pressure and high volume. The heavy duty fittings are thick walled so their throat is the same half inch inside diameter as most standard duty 5/8” hoses. My other 3/4” hose has a standard duty fittings with a 5/8” inside diameter throat. What difference does 1/8” make? The area, which is what counts for flow, is about 36% smaller. If you like the heavy duty fittings this looks like a fine product.
