Great way to exercise!

This agility kit is a great way to get up and moving! My daughter and I have been using it for about a week now. I'm more into the exercise bands and the jump rope. She's more outdoors setting up obstacles with the cones and the agility ladder. I actually like doing it with her, but she's 16 and I'm 40, overweight and just got over Covid so there's that. That's ok because I've gotta start somewhere and this agility kit is definitely helping me get it shape!

Very happy

I am very happy to have received this agility kit made by Big B Pro Sports! I really enjoy using the resistance bands, I use them almost every day! The jump rope I use a couple of times a week. My daughter loves using the ladder and the parachute! The ladder especially because it is helping her agility and footwork for soccer. The parachute she mostly just thinks is awesome. This is a very nice kit! I would recommend this kit especially for a young soccer player!

Perfect!

I was a little hesitant on trying these bands out because I've heard horror stories. However I'd you use them as intended, they work perfectly! These bands are strong and The set has multiple resistance ones to help with strengthening. Highly recommend!
