Dell Inspiron 14" 5000 2-in-1 Touchscreen i7-1165G7, 8gb Memory, 512gb SSD, Backlit Keyboard, Fingerprint Reader, Windows 10 - i5406-7160GRY-PUS

Bought this computer and found out that Premier Servers is owned by a computer recycling company. Received an item shipped notification from Ecycle It Ltd. and was immediately concerned that this was a recycled laptop. Emailed them back asking if this was a new laptop or used and recycled and they responded by saying it was either "new opened box" and that some units had not been open but had to be advertised as "new opened box." Nowhere in any description for this laptop does it mention that it was "new opened box." When we received the laptop, it was obvious that it was not packaged correctly. Upon inspection there was crusty material imbedded around some of the keys, the exterior was scuffed, the hinges had obvious wear, and there was a dent on the corner of the display housing from likely being dropped and also a small dent on the lid. It is obvious this is not a new laptop and was a used recycled laptop. Wish I could attach more pictures of the wear and nastiness on the laptop, but can only attach two photos.
