Difficult Software

I have yet to get this to work without a very difficult, convoluted process. The installation of the module is straight forward but this is where anything easy ends. I can see the correct name for the module, I can connect to it, but then I am disconnected from my internet. HP does not seem to have any easy to follow instructions on how to make their software work. I have spent several hours trying to figure this out to no avail. I will try disconnecting the entire module and reinstalling it but a am a bit frustrated at the moment. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
