Love using the carrier...it is very easy to use. Biggest complaint is the instructions to assemble. They are very confusing and the pictures keep switching throughout. Also, the bike holders are extremely difficult/tight to put on and we broke the slide/grip while installing one of ours because we had to get a plastic hammer to pound it on.
