Deceptive Shoe Products With Mislabelled Sizes

I purchased two pair shoes in advance to give as a gift to a relatives. When I presented the shoes to them, they were not true to the size listed. I was so embarrassing to have presented the shoes to them with the wrong shoe sizes labeled. I went to sight to return them and the return choice was not there. I am so disappointed. You should be honest with your customers and put proper descriptions on your website and label on your products.
