May be a good choice

I was recently in physical therapy for my Achilles tendon and they had me use exercise bands but these are probably only a 10th of the thickness of those and not as resistant. They also roll easier and cut into your skin some. Still, for the excellent price, they can be doubled up and can still get the job done. If you’re not sure if you will use them, these are a good starter set but if you know you’re serious, you might want to go with some that are a little bit higher quality.
