I purchase my unit in July 23. In November I discovered the string head had broken out on the side. Discovered when I went to restring the head. The head was broken in a very unusual spot. I contacted the Manufacturer and spoke with Pearl. She was very helpful and requested I send her photos of the damage. I did so. Within 48 hours I had a new head shipped to me.
