I can move my feet up or down for different pressure points. and I've found if I let my knees hang or press together it gets different spots on my feet. I wish I had this when I was pregnant. the compression is awesome and I love that you can turn any of the options off. I am buying this for my coworkers. I wish my neck massager was this good.
