Wonderffle Stuffed Waffle Iron

I cannot sing the praises for this waffle iron loud enough or long enough to do it justice. I hung mine on the wall. That's how you know I want it front and center. I promise you it is worth every penny. Your waffle? You can check on it any time during the cooking process and it will not stick or get destroyed. Preheat waffle iron. Put 1/2 cup of batter to the first line. tilt it around to get it in the edges, add your pre cooked egg and/or meat pattie and cheese. I used a 4.5" Eggy egg pan by Joie to make the pre-cooked omelet which is the perfect size, with grated cheddar, pre-cooked ham cubes and pre-cooked bacon blended in. cook it with a makeshift lid on super low heat, then remove and put the patty on top of the batter in the preheated iron quickly, as soon as you add the 1/2 cup of batter. Then add another 1/2 cup of batter over it. Then flip it over to make sure everything gets evenly distributed. You cook it on the lowest possible flame for 6 minutes per side in the pre veggie oil sprayed iron. It is so worth it. Even the waffle mix I used had a best by date of 2021, so I let it rise for a pretty good while to make sure the baking powder was still active. Even with that ancient mix these things came out pure gold. I made some for my neighbors, me, and my boyfriend. Don't be afraid to buy it. It is a solid investment in fun and in life. I'm going to buy another so I can make 2 at a time. The best waffles ever can come right from home. when waffle is fully cooked, lift it out by the scissor insert. Endless possibilities, here.
